在實際的折彎加工過程中,因為不同工件的加工形狀時不一樣的,因此,需要采用不同的彎曲程度。在選擇下模開口的角度時,要選擇一個能夠滿足折彎件加工要求的下模寬度。假若下模的開口過寬,將導致被加工工件的內彎曲圓角過大,壓力減小,導致回彈量增加,影響折彎加工的競速。當開口寬度過小時,將導致壓力過大而引起負載過大,導致工件實際尺寸“超彎”。針對此問題,應該合理設計下模開口的交付寬度。具體來說,應該選用內彎圓角半徑與材料厚度相當的材料作為折彎工件的原材料,以此控制下模的開口寬度,并合理設計下模開工的角度,確保工件折彎加工的精度。
