這些年的工作經驗，電氣成套也可以說是一門“遺憾的工作”，距今我也沒做過十全十美滿意的電氣柜，每一次完工總有不少留待下次改進的地方，這也許就是我們不斷進步的動力。但不管我們現在成套水平究竟如何，有一個原則我還是愿意與大家共享，那就是“實現功能位，可靠耐用第二位，利于維護第三位，便于加工第四位，美觀整潔第五位”，前三點重要，而后兩點有時還需要做些妥協折衷，畢竟所有的一切還會受制于成本的因素。基于這個原則做的點評，在這里按我的習慣我只說我覺得做得明顯不足的地方，我不說的也不一定就是沒有問題了，可能遺漏了，也可能不是那么的重要，當然是沒問題。01

　　Over the years of work experience, electrical equipment can also be considered a "regrettable job". I have never made a perfect and satisfactory electrical cabinet before, and every time it is completed, there are always many areas for improvement in the next time. This may be the driving force behind our continuous progress. But regardless of our current level of completeness, there is one principle that I am willing to share with everyone, which is "functionality first, reliability and durability second, ease of maintenance third, ease of processing fourth, and aesthetics and cleanliness fifth". The first three points are the most important, and sometimes compromises need to be made on the last two points, as everything is still subject to cost factors. Based on this principle, in my usual way, I will only mention the areas where I feel there are obvious shortcomings. What I do not say may not necessarily mean that there are no problems. It may have been overlooked, or it may not be so important. Of course, it is best if there are no problems. 01

　　圖一上圖柜體成套存在的問題:1、總進線設計不合理，不美觀，不，留給進線開關的上下空間位置太局促，空開進出線相與相之間均沒有安裝隔片，電纜與端子之間存在較大的應力，建議使用銅排結構進線，空開加裝門手柄操作。2、布局不甚合理，強電把弱電包圍在其中了，接地措施不佳，產生干擾是比較難解決的。02

　　圖二上圖電氣柜成套存在的問題：1、同圖一的問題，布線雜亂了些。2、感覺整體線徑偏小，尤其是接地線線徑。3、主進線空開沒有設置輔助觸點輸入到CU，也沒有由CU控制主接觸器來控制驅動的主電源。4.電機線及編碼器線的屏蔽層未作重復接地處理。

　　1、好柜子是設計出來的，有規范，有設計，要明確地正確地落實到圖紙上，才能讓成套加工方給做出來，設計工程師不要抱怨下面的成套加工方沒做好，而是先要審視自己有沒有把圖紙設計好。

　　2、設計工程師要做好與成套加工方的溝通工作，尤其是新圖紙，遍布置安裝能親臨現場，看看實際排布與設計是否相符合，聽取現場工人的建議，避免閉門造車，有時圖紙看上去很順眼，但實現布置卻不合理，甚造成加工接線的難度，，這時有經驗的工人師傅的建議的建議就很有參考價值，要及時聽取建議盡快做出修改，切記不要貪圖省事兒放手不管，也不要一意孤行死不悔改。

　　2. Design engineers need to communicate well with the complete set of processing parties, especially for new drawings. It is best to visit the site for the first layout and installation to see if the actual layout is consistent with the design, listen to the suggestions of on-site workers, and avoid working behind closed doors. Sometimes the drawings may look pleasing, but the implementation of the layout is unreasonable, and it may even cause difficulties in processing and wiring. At this time, the advice and suggestions of experienced workers are of great reference value. It is important to listen to the advice in a timely manner and make modifications as soon as possible. Remember not to be lazy and do nothing, and do not act stubbornly without regret.

　　3、要形成一套適合自己的成套加工工藝和規范，養成成套加工按圖施工的良好習慣，分清權限與責任，圖紙錯了設計工程師負責，沒按圖制作成套加工方負責。

　　3. To form a set of suitable processing techniques and standards for oneself, cultivate good habits of constructing complete sets of processing according to drawings, distinguish between authority and responsibility, design engineers are responsible for mistakes in drawings, and the party responsible for producing complete sets of processing according to drawings is responsible.

　　4、嚴格出廠驗收制度，嚴格按圖驗收，與圖不符即返工。

　　5、每次及時總結設計與成套加工上的經驗教訓，留下總結紀要，供下次類似的設計做參考及改進。

　　6、即使在加工成套的過程中，設計工程師有條件也應多下車間，關心自己設計的正在被加工成套的電氣柜，與現場的成套加工方多溝通：掌握生產加工的進度；及時發現并解決現實生產中遇到的問題或一些細節處理方面的問題(尤其是線槽蓋板還沒有蓋上的時候)；有條件多拍攝一些電氣柜在不同加工成套階段的照片，留下圖片資料，供后續設計上的對比分析參考改進之用。

　　6. Even in the process of processing complete sets, design engineers should visit the workshop more often if they have the conditions, pay attention to the electrical cabinets they are designing that are being processed as complete sets, and communicate more with the on-site complete set processing party to grasp the progress of production and processing; Timely discover and solve problems encountered in real production or some issues related to detail handling (especially when the cable tray cover is not yet covered); If possible, take more photos of electrical cabinets at different stages of processing and assembly, and leave the image materials for comparative analysis and improvement in subsequent design.
